Another FAAN WALK is under our belts. This time Allergic Traveler headed to Ridgewood, NJ. Julie Forrest along with her team did a great job organizing this event. They ended up raising over $50,000.  One group raised over $8,000. The team spirit was high. The enthusiasm was contagious. Aside from the walk, there was a DJ, a carnival, prizes and events for the kids. We were in great company. Along side us was Divvies, Allermates, Grandma’s Kitchen, Enjoylife, Allergicgirl, Epi-pen, Sunbutter, Cherrybrook and many more.

A hi-light for me was the look of joy on the kids’ faces when the DJ got them all dancing. Pictures are posted here:  Are you in them? Please take a second to “like” the page.

Together everyone was bringing awareness to such an important cause. Nicely done! We look forward to participating again next year.
