Love with Food and Enjoy Life Foods

Last week was Food Allergy Awareness week and this month is Celiac Awareness month. It’s been a busy month! So if you are part of either celebration, or both, what do you want the world to know that they don’t already know about your dietary restrictions? How about its not easy to stop at a curb market to grab a snack? How about learning how to substitute one ingredient for another? It’s not as easy as people would think. Or how about …yes just a teaspoon will have devastating effects on my body?

There are so many things about the allergy world that those living outside of it don’t know. There are great things, like the sense of belonging or the fact that there are some very creative cooks among us!  There are also some very innovative business people in our industry. I have had the opportunity to meet some great minds at various trade shows over the years. It is always empowering to meet those making a difference in the food allergy community.
